5、城區(qū)南口綜合整治安排和《吉首市城區(qū)人行道提質(zhì)維修改造

實施方案》要求,從20__年_月_日至9月_日,聽從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排組織實施口綜合整治違章建筑拆除后的渣土清運、人行道基礎(chǔ)開挖和平整等工作。完成整平壓實人行道4067m,鋪設(shè)人行道沙石26284.8,挖運堆積土石方及建筑垃圾共13469.515m3,基本到達(dá)人行道平整、暢通、無障礙。

6、8月份,安排人員收集城區(qū)地下管線埋設(shè)分布現(xiàn)狀地管網(wǎng)及電子文檔資,并整理歸檔。目前已收集吉首供電局、湖南有線湘西分公司、湖南省軍區(qū)國防動員三級指揮網(wǎng)維護中心、中國電信股份有限公司湘西分公司四家單位現(xiàn)有的管網(wǎng)信息資料。為建立地下管網(wǎng)信息管理系統(tǒng)帶給真實、完整、準(zhǔn)確的信息資料,從而避免施工時對地下管線造成破壞,實現(xiàn)管線信息資源共享。

7、11月至12月份,按照市公用事業(yè)管理局要求,組織人員對乾州經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)缺失、損壞的檢查井、雨水井進行更換維修,共更換、維修檢查井65座(套)、雨水井118座(套),清淤疏通220米下水道。排除市政設(shè)施不安全隱患,維護維修道路設(shè)施,取得了明顯效果。

8、嚴(yán)格按照《城市道路管理條例》履行審批、監(jiān)管職能,需要臨時占用、開挖城市道路的,務(wù)必提出書面申請和帶給相關(guān)開挖資料,今年按程序?qū)彶楹细褶k理手續(xù)的破挖項目共82項。收取道路挖掘修復(fù)費約6萬多元。有效提高城市道路管理工作,有效保障了城市道路的完好。

9、組織橋梁實施基本維護對各座橋梁泄水孔進行清理疏通,疏通泄水孔共計256處(次);對石家沖、鐘家寨大橋破損人行道板更換完成;

10、安排人員對兩座人行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)天橋不銹鋼欄桿進行維修8次共42根,以保證過往行人的通行安全;

11、20__年啟動緊急預(yù)案,用心組織開展應(yīng)急、搶險突發(fā)性工作6起。2月_日、3月_日、12月_日分別對人民北路州交警支隊路段、南吉新路好吃街路面、路基突然塌陷進行應(yīng)急搶修;10月_日、11月_日兩次對城區(qū)戀愛橋至電力橋路段處健身坡山體滑坡做好搶險工作。

12、3月_日人民路小溪橋大橋橋面出現(xiàn)下沉跡象,立即上報并實行臨時封閉式交通管制、24小時觀察值守。3月_日橋梁觀測時,發(fā)現(xiàn)人民南路小溪橋靠乾州方向35米跨段拱頂部位橋面下沉明顯,腹拱橫墻底部有新增加縱向貫通裂縫安全隱患嚴(yán)重,立刻上報單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及主管局,禁止行人、車輛通行,附近用彩旗拉設(shè)警戒線,劃定安全隔離區(qū),實行全封閉式管理,3月_日至5月_日定人對該橋梁進行24小時日夜值守、巡視、觀測危橋。20__年城市道路、橋梁、城市排水及其附屬設(shè)施沒有發(fā)生安全生產(chǎn)職責(zé)事故。

13、加大力宣傳度。促進市政管理,樹立市政形象,寫有關(guān)道路、橋梁巡查管理工作的《市政簡報》,向團結(jié)報投稿,向電視媒體介紹市政工作并理解采訪等形式來來宣傳市政。

14、對管護范圍內(nèi)的道路路況進行全面摸底,按照我市道路的等級、數(shù)量、破損程度及養(yǎng)護和維修的定額,核定養(yǎng)護、維修經(jīng)費,上報技術(shù)組便于做好20__年城市道路及市政附屬設(shè)施維修、養(yǎng)護方案。

本人雖然完成了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的各項任務(wù),但任存在不足之處,在今后的工作中,還要進一步加強政治理論和業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí),提高業(yè)務(wù)知識水平,樹立勇于思考,勇于探索,勇于創(chuàng)新的敬業(yè)精神,克服自身的缺點和不足,努力向前,為市政的事業(yè)盡心盡力。

5、中央空調(diào)的交接驗收工作

6、能夠認(rèn)真完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給的臨時性工作。

三、存在的不足和今后努力的方向

總之,一年來,我能夠完成工區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的工作任務(wù),這和工區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事的支持和幫忙是分不開的,是大家密切配合、共同協(xié)作的結(jié)果??墒沁@和工區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的要求相比,還有必須的差距:一是工作中還存在著急躁心理,在大事面前,遇事不夠冷靜;二是管理水平有待進一步加強和提高;三是理論學(xué)習(xí)還需進一步加強,還需要學(xué)習(xí)更多的專業(yè)技術(shù)知識;當(dāng)然我還有很多缺點和不足,在此肯請組織和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給予批評指正,我將虛心理解,以圖提高。
