五、押金:

5.1 自本合同簽定之日,乙方應(yīng)向甲方交付______個月之租金額的押金計____________人民幣。合同期滿,乙方如不再續(xù)租,并且乙方結(jié)清其在租賃期內(nèi)所用的各項費用后,甲方應(yīng)將押金在七個工作日內(nèi)如數(shù)退還給乙方(不計利息)。

5.4 發(fā)生5.3條款情形,押金不足抵付時,乙方必須按接到甲方付款通知后十天內(nèi)補足。

if clause 5.3 is brought into effect, and the said deposit is insufficient to cover party a’s costs, party b should pay the extra[’ekstr] amount[’maunt] to party a within ten days of receipt of party a’s payment.

5.5 押金以人民幣為單位,用現(xiàn)鈔支付。如以支票支付,所發(fā)生的費用由乙方承擔(dān)。

六、其它費用:

6.1 乙方在租賃期內(nèi)所用的水、電和煤氣費用,每月按實際耗用量結(jié)算,乙方按單繳付。

during the period of the tenancy, all charges for use of water, electricity and gas are payable by party b monthly according to consumption[kn’smpn], and on receipt of bills.

6.2 乙方所用電話按電訊局收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn),每月根據(jù)實際用量結(jié)算,乙方按單繳付。

all telephone charges are payable by party b monthly according to the telecommunications bureau[’bjuru] standard tariffs[’t rifs], and according to bills received.

6.3 租賃標(biāo)的的物業(yè)管理費由______方按照大廈管理規(guī)章,負(fù)責(zé)按單繳付。

七、乙方責(zé)任:

7.1 乙方應(yīng)按本合同四、五、六條款規(guī)定交付租金、押金和各項費用,如有拖欠,則作違約論。

八、爭議的解決:

出租方

設(shè)備科承租方:

根據(jù)相關(guān)法律有關(guān)規(guī)定,本著雙方自愿、互惠互利的原則簽訂,為了保護(hù)雙方的利益,特定下列條款雙方共同遵守。

第一條本鋼管、扣件、絲杠等租賃物品所有權(quán)屬于甲方,乙方只有使用權(quán),在使用期間不得轉(zhuǎn)借、轉(zhuǎn)租或?qū)⒆赓U物品變賣、抵押,如有上述行為,甲方有權(quán)解除合同,限期如數(shù)收回租賃物和租金外,乙方應(yīng)向甲方償付違約期違約物品價值的3倍的違約金。

第二條計費標(biāo)準(zhǔn):租賃費自乙方提貨日開始計費,到送回位止。使用不足60天按60天計費。甲乙雙方進(jìn)出庫物品,以雙方經(jīng)辦人簽字確認(rèn)的單據(jù)為準(zhǔn)。

第三條租賃物品由乙方自提、送回,運費及費用由乙方承擔(dān)。

第四條租賃物品損壞、清理不潔、有雜物,雙方一律不發(fā)或不收,扣件出現(xiàn)裂縫、缺柱、少帽、擰不動的,絲杠扣件螺絲未抹油的不發(fā)或不收,乙方正確使用,妥善保管,維修保養(yǎng),送回與提貨原樣。

第五條租賃物品如有損壞或丟失,按市場價格賠償,賠償款付清時停止收取租賃費,賠償款未付清繼續(xù)收取租賃費。

第六條租賃費:架管每米每天0.015元,扣件每套每天0.01元,絲杠每支每天0.05元。

第七條、押金:架管押金每米元,扣件每套元,絲杠每支元。

第七條租賃數(shù)量:甲乙雙方不簽訂租賃數(shù)量,甲方不承擔(dān)乙方因租賃工具的提貨時間和租賃數(shù)量造成的任何損失。

第八條租賃費每月一結(jié),次月一日為上月結(jié)算日,一周內(nèi)付清,否則向甲方每次賠償違約金10000元人民幣。貨物交回,租賃費結(jié)清后本合同失效。

第九條乙方經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)人、材料員身份證復(fù)印件擔(dān)保。

第十條雙方發(fā)生糾紛可協(xié)商解決,協(xié)商不成由當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣穹ㄔ翰脹Q。
