_同志曾經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò)：“政治路線確定之后，干部是決定的因素。”只有一流的班子，才能帶出一流的隊(duì)伍，我們應(yīng)該樹立這樣一種觀念：學(xué)校發(fā)展，自己才能發(fā)展;事業(yè)成功自己才能成功。因此班子成員一定要以身作則，率先垂范;二是分工明確、高效務(wù)實(shí);三是團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作，優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)。

三、帶隊(duì)伍---用崇高的目標(biāo)激勵(lì)教師

民族振興，教育為本;學(xué)校發(fā)展，教師為本。要引領(lǐng)教師在成就學(xué)生的同時(shí)成就自己，在成就事業(yè)的同時(shí)，使自己成功。做到：

①?gòu)?qiáng)調(diào)以人為本，把教師的事業(yè)發(fā)展作為學(xué)校發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)來(lái)抓，樹立“培訓(xùn)就是教師最大的福利”的觀念。

②建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型組織，為教師的發(fā)展、成功提供平臺(tái)。

③建設(shè)學(xué)校文化，豐富學(xué)校人文底蘊(yùn)，營(yíng)造師生共同的精神家園，即：努力使大家做到學(xué)習(xí)著、快樂(lè)著、工作著、研究著、辛苦著、幸福著。

四、 精管理---用優(yōu)秀的理念管理教育

基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念，建立健全學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，堅(jiān)持依法治校。我們知道，制度的建設(shè)在與規(guī)范，管理的真諦在于激勵(lì)，從這個(gè)角度出發(fā)，一是堅(jiān)持以人為本，做到制度管理與人本管理相結(jié)合，最大限度調(diào)動(dòng)全體員工的積極性;二是堅(jiān)持目標(biāo)管理，做到目標(biāo)管理與過(guò)程管理相結(jié)合;三是堅(jiān)持管理育人，把育人貫徹到管理的始終。

五、高效益---用高質(zhì)量的教育回報(bào)社會(huì)

辦人民滿意的教育是學(xué)校的責(zé)任，是校長(zhǎng)的責(zé)任。我理解的高質(zhì)量的教育：一是以德育為首的教育，把做人放到第一位的教育;二是面向全體學(xué)生，促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面可持續(xù)發(fā)展的教育;三是注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生個(gè)性及創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐能力的教育，而不僅僅是只注重分?jǐn)?shù)的教育。

校長(zhǎng)的工作是一分沉甸甸的擔(dān)子，一頭是家長(zhǎng)的希望，一頭是學(xué)生未來(lái)的幸福。作為一名稱職的校長(zhǎng)：
