第二、有明確的工作思路與措施
1.通過協(xié)調(diào)能力解決工程管理難題：
①單位內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)。掌握公司內(nèi)部關(guān)聯(lián)部門的工作流程，通過與規(guī)劃技術(shù)部，工程經(jīng)營部，土地部等相關(guān)部門的協(xié)調(diào)，從而保證了從技術(shù)可行性到造價合理性及施工場地允許性等一系列問題的解決。
②其他相關(guān)單位的協(xié)調(diào)。因工程施工過程的特性，依據(jù)政府三號文件精神，需經(jīng)常與審計、財政、規(guī)建處、建設(shè)局等相關(guān)部門溝通、協(xié)調(diào)，和各相關(guān)單位的溝通使得更好的服務(wù)于工程建設(shè)，有效的保證工程施工過程造價增加的合法性及以后的決算的依據(jù)性。
③施工單位協(xié)調(diào)：參與工程建設(shè)的單位有地質(zhì)勘察單位、設(shè)計單位、監(jiān)理單位、總包單位、甲方分包單位、甲供材料供應(yīng)單位、試驗檢測單位等好幾十家，涉及的合同也好幾十份，處理好甲方分包、甲供材料供應(yīng)單位與總包單位的關(guān)系。同時還要處理好與施工單位的關(guān)系，除了監(jiān)管與被監(jiān)管的關(guān)系外，還有協(xié)作、配合的關(guān)系，可概括為監(jiān)、幫、促的關(guān)系。甲方代表除了依照工程合同、圖紙、規(guī)范對施工活動認真嚴格監(jiān)督管理之外，對其施工中的實際困難應(yīng)盡其所能給予幫助解決;對施工技術(shù)上的問題要當好參謀，對于施工單位的合法利益應(yīng)給予保護。
2.通過有效管理，推進項目又好、又快開展
①加強對監(jiān)理單位管理。 工程施工過程中應(yīng)以監(jiān)理單位的管理為主，要求監(jiān)理單位應(yīng)熟悉圖紙及現(xiàn)場情況，并為工程的質(zhì)量、進度、投資控制負責。同時嚴格要求總監(jiān)，要求總監(jiān)按照監(jiān)理合同、監(jiān)理規(guī)劃和實施細則執(zhí)行，配齊相關(guān)人員，組織好監(jiān)理例會的召開。
②加強施工單位管理。
(1)對施工管理，施工單位是在工作流程上、質(zhì)量控質(zhì)、進度控制上主要執(zhí)行者。因此加強對施工單位的管理一定程度上起到了質(zhì)量、進度流程等管理。特別是對項目經(jīng)理的管理，要求項目經(jīng)理按合同、規(guī)范及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)執(zhí)行，在施工過程中要求施工單位應(yīng)對分包單位在技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、進度、協(xié)調(diào)進行管理。
第三、我有豐富的工作的經(jīng)驗，熟悉行業(yè)法規(guī)，能游刃有余的開展工作。
我從項目現(xiàn)場管理工作已有六年，在這六年里，我積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗，熟悉了行業(yè)法規(guī)，能夠游刃有余的開展工作。工作六年來，我精通了業(yè)務(wù)，具備了創(chuàng)新的能力并具有一定的組織管理能力。我掌握了項目部各項工作的管理流程。在工作中能夠做到兼顧大局，較為妥當?shù)奶幚砉ぷ髦械母鞣N問題。在各種情況下，都能夠完成領(lǐng)導交辦的各項工作任務(wù)。

三、加強成本控制。采用的基本工作原理是動態(tài)控制原理，在項目實施的各個階段，分析和審核投資計劃值，并將不同階段的投資計劃值和實際值進行動態(tài)跟蹤比較，當其發(fā)生偏差時，分析產(chǎn)生偏差的原因，提出糾偏的措施，使項目實施在確保項目質(zhì)量的前提下，充分考慮項目的經(jīng)濟性，使項目總投資控制在計劃總投資范圍以內(nèi)。房屋竣工后做竣工成本分析表，對工程概況相似的工程進行建造成本對比分析，吸取經(jīng)驗和教訓。

五、加強項目部內(nèi)部的建章建制工作，學習其它部門先進的管理經(jīng)驗，使管理工作制度化、規(guī)范化。明確各管理人員的責任、權(quán)力和利益，以提高各管理人員的工作積極性和工作效率。

covering an area of 24 square km，the yin ruins at xiaotun village was the site of an ancient capital city 3000 years ago.
in ancient times，xiaotun was called yin to which king pangeng of the shang dynasty migrated his capital. as a capital for 273 years， it saw 12 kings and 8 generations .the period was called the yin shang or the yin dynasty in history. the city declined after the yin had been overthrown and the remains of the shang dynasty was latter called the yin ruins.
in 1961，the yin ruins was listed as the first group of culture relics under state-level protection .in order to prevent it from further damage and preserve the culture it of yin ruins was built on the site of the ruins in 1987.
well，the whole garden is skillfully designed and built on the exact site of the original the buildings in the garden are built on rammed terraces with thatched double-eaved roofs. the rafters beams are decorated with fine carvings of dragon， cicade and other animals.

ok， now let’s first come to the main hall where the oracle inscriptions are showed. the oracle inscriptions were first discovered here in the 25th year of the emperor guangxu of the qing dynasty. the 15 important archaeological excavations were carried within 10 than160，000 pieces of shells and bones with inscriptions were found. as the earliest characters， the inscriptions marked a recorded history of nearly 4，000 years in china. they were used as spaninations in the shang people they were very contents of these inscriptions cover wide fields， ranging from sacrifice wars，states affairs to weather，hunting etc， and provide important information for the study of the shang society.
well， apart from the oracle inscriptions ， bronze wares are another part of the culture relics unearthed from the ruins，which shows that the technology of bronze casting
reachedits peak in the shang bronze wares include vessels，weapons，chariots and so on. “simuwuding” a bronze object weighing 875kilograms，is 1.33 merters long and 0.78 meter wide .elegant in appearance and intricately carved in ’s the best of bronze wares unearthed so far in the world . there are also many other artifacts excaveted in the yin ruins including pottery objects， stone and brone objects，jade， shell objects， lacquer ware ， ivory carvings and bamboo articles， all beautiful in shape and well made.

如果我競聘成功，我將從以下幾個方面開展工作：
(一)進一步提高稽核人員綜合素質(zhì)，為實現(xiàn)稽核全面質(zhì)量化管理奠定基礎(chǔ)。一是實施稽核培訓計劃。擬定年度稽核人員后續(xù)教育培訓方案，有計劃、有目的地組織稽核人員培訓，并編制相應(yīng)考題，實行實時考核，將考試成績納入稽核人員目標考核管理中,使參訓稽核人員學有所獲、學有所用;二是繼續(xù)推行稽核例會制度。按月邀請聯(lián)社領(lǐng)導、職能科室負責人共同參與稽核例會，共同討論、研究、決策稽核工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，并且達到稽核人員在會議中學習、在討論中提高的目的。三是加強考核考評工作。在每一次稽核工作任務(wù)結(jié)束后，都要按照規(guī)定和要求進行嚴格考核評價，及時通報情況、獎優(yōu)罰劣，通過考核評價來有效解決稽核人員干好干壞一個樣的問題。
(二)重典治亂，加大制度的執(zhí)行力度。一是稽核檢查與業(yè)務(wù)輔導相結(jié)合，有效提高一線員工綜合業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，逐步減少由于業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)低形成的操作違規(guī)風險。二是樹立一線員工合規(guī)經(jīng)營理念，提高對違規(guī)行為的整改力度。三是利用重典懲治違規(guī)違制行為，提高干部職工對制度的執(zhí)行力，讓全市員工充分明白和體會到違規(guī)違制需要付出代價。四是開展誡勉談話、警示談話，實時掌握員工思想動態(tài)，把防范案件關(guān)口前移。
(三)稽核與監(jiān)察有機結(jié)合，切實做好案防工作
一是嚴把“教育觀”，使人不想作案。
作為稽核監(jiān)察部門，要把預防案件的關(guān)口前移，除了做好日常業(yè)務(wù)檢查監(jiān)督，還要從源頭上增強干部職工的遵章守紀意識，要充分采用紀檢監(jiān)察方式教育干部職工自省、自警、自尊、自律，做到常喝“醒腦湯”，常打“防腐針”，常照“反面鏡”，充分利用典型案例開展警示教育活動，通過正反對比，觸動員工心靈，增強遵紀守法，廉潔奉公意識，提高全體干部職工的思想道德品格和拒腐防變能力，營造一心一意干工作，全心全意謀發(fā)展的良好氛圍。
二是嚴把“制度關(guān)”，使人不能作案。讓制度約束思想，讓紀律規(guī)范行為。黨有黨紀，國有國法，社有社規(guī)，沒有制度無以成方圓。制度是合規(guī)經(jīng)營的保證，要從根本上遏制違規(guī)違紀違法案件，必須從制度的執(zhí)行入手，經(jīng)驗和教訓告訴我們，沒有鐵的紀律和制度的約束，一個企業(yè)將永遠不會有發(fā)展，制度是保障業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營的重要保障，只有用嚴格的制度才能掐滅案件的導火索，保證不出案件。
三是嚴把監(jiān)督“處理關(guān)”，使人不敢作案。監(jiān)察工作的關(guān)鍵在于監(jiān)督，為了形成立體型全方位的監(jiān)督體系，一是要做好社會化監(jiān)督?？赏ㄟ^向社會公布舉報電話、舉報信箱、舉報電子郵箱等形式，使信用社的工作時時處于社會監(jiān)督之下，提高工作的透明度。二是實施重點監(jiān)督。對工作中的重要崗位、敏感工作環(huán)節(jié)要重點監(jiān)督，確保不出問題。三是發(fā)揮職能監(jiān)督。一要落實在崗離任、離職審計責任，對所有在崗人員在貸款、基建、購置、財經(jīng)等方面實行常規(guī)審計;對換崗人員、離任干部，堅持先審后離。二要確保黨風廉政建設(shè)落到實處，要充分利用《工作人員行為失范監(jiān)察制度》，對干部職工做到一查二看三訪四聽五問，聽其言，觀其形，看其事，追其根，查其源。不但要監(jiān)督其八小時內(nèi)的工作，還要把監(jiān)督的圈子延伸到八小時之外，密切注視其社交圈、娛樂圈和生活圈，及時掌握其思想動態(tài)和行為動向，確保監(jiān)督到位，使每一個干部職工真正在思想上筑起一道拒腐防變的“保障線”、“警戒線”和“生命線”。三要做好信訪工作的查處力度，對群眾反映強烈的問題及群眾來信要做到有信必回、有查必果，確保信訪件件有著落。四要對案件的查處工作做到“敢”字當頭，不怕得罪人，不怕穿小鞋，不怕打擊報復，在案件的處理中，除對當事人給予嚴肅處理外，對有關(guān)責任人也不姑息遷就，從失教之責，失職之責，失察之責，失究之責給予嚴厲追究，讓違法違紀者付出慘重代價，從而保證政令暢通，遏制案件的發(fā)生。
(五)精誠團結(jié)，發(fā)揮整體功能。我深知團結(jié)的力量，為此我決心在工作中，繼續(xù)發(fā)揚過去那種團結(jié)、友愛、認真、負責的優(yōu)良作風，時時處處服從領(lǐng)導安排，搞好稽核監(jiān)察工作。同時，多向領(lǐng)導請示匯報，積極配合上級職能部門和其它科室搞好工作，常與基層職工交心談心，爭取領(lǐng)導和同志們的理解、信任和支持，充分發(fā)揮團隊作用，促進全市信用社稽核監(jiān)督工作的全面開展，使全市信用社經(jīng)營管理制度規(guī)范化，業(yè)務(wù)操作程序化。

i am a third year master major in automation at shanghai jiao tong university, p. r. china. with tremendous interest in industrial engineering, i am writing to apply for acceptance into your ph.d. graduate program.
in 1995, i entered the nanjing university of science & technology (nust) -- widely considered one of the china’s best engineering schools. during the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. i was granted first class prize every semester, and my overall gpa(89.5/100) ranked no.1 among 113 students. in 1999, i got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. i selected the shanghai jiao tong university to continue my study for its best reputation on combinatorial optimization and network scheduling where my research interest lies.
at the period of my graduate study, my overall gpa(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. in the second semester, i became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. this year, i won the acer scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. presently, i am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of excellent graduation thesis.
research experience and academic activity，when a sophomore, i joined the association of ai enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. in 1997, i participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in prof. wang’s lab. with the tool of opengl and matlab, i designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. it is now widely used by different research groups in nust. in 1998, i assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for nanjing sewage treatment plant. this was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
in 1999, i joined the distinguished professor yu-geng xis research group aiming at network flow problem solving and heuristic algorithm research. soon i was engaged in the fudan gene database design. my duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, i introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- multi-population genetic algorithm. by spaniding a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent ga from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. it proved more efficiently than sga in experiments, too. in the second semester, i joined the workshop-scheduling research in shanghai heavy duty tyre plant. the scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. to make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, i proposed a dynamic layered scheduling method based on hybrid petri nets. the practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. i also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. recently, i am doing research in the composite predict of the electrical power system assisted with the technology of data mining for bao steel. i try to combine the decision tree with receding optimization to provide a new solution for the composite predictive problem. this project is now under construction.
besides, in july 20xx, i got the opportunity to give a lecture in english in asia control conference (ascc) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. in my senior year, i met -song lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from university of california-riverside, i learned graph theory from him for my network research. these experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of english and the understanding of western culture.
i hope to study in depth .in retrospect, i find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the ph.d. program. my future research interests include: network scheduling problem, heuristic algorithm research (especially in ga and neural network), supply chain network research, hybrid system performance analysis with petri nets and data mining.
